ABOUT ABOUT

Saturday night it's the return of rock to the Arkansas Municipal Auditorium with "Rock Comes Home." This special event will be the first time rock has been performed at the AMA in 60 years and highlight its worldwide recognition as one of the cradles of rock music. The show will feature Rafael Esquinoza and the Rockabilly Railroad, Pat Cupp, and Jimmie Alan. The Rockabilly Rockets will perform the classics, including those by Pat Cupp, and Pat and Jimmie will do a final public performance together starting with Pat's earliest hits like "Long Gone Daddy" and progressing through his partnership with Jimmie for over 30 years with groups like the Variables. Pat and Jimmie will receive Lifetime Achievement Awards, Stephanie Rice will receive the Young Musician Award, and the winner of the Scott Joplin Ragtime Competition will receive their award. Due to law requiring the addition of a sprinkler system, attendance is strictly limited. Get your tickets NOW for this historic event.
